Patty Kelly Neises CPA

Patty has been practicing public accounting in Winfield since graduating from Oklahoma State University in 1988. She has extensive tax and accounting experience and believes there is always something new to learn.

Clients value Patty's ability to listen, explore options, and provide timely advice. She does this in a friendly style with integrity and professionalism. Patty encourages clients to ask questions and believes there is no "dumb" question. She enjoys her clients and delivers solutions in clear, understandable terms.

Patty is married to Joe Neises. They enjoy traveling with family and friends, airboating and attending OSU basketball games.

Justin Boyd, CPA

Justin is a CPA with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He has over 10 years of public accounting experience focusing on taxes and business consulting.

Justin offers a unique perspective to client’s needs based on his extensive experience at a national firm. He views clients as team members and welcomes collaborating with them to achieve their goals. Justin enjoys getting to know clients and takes the time to explain the “why” behind questions. Justin does so with a professional, friendly style clients appreciate.

Justin is married to Tanya Boyd and they have two daughters. They are excited to be back in Tanya’s hometown of Arkansas City, and look forward to raising their girls in Cowley County. Justin enjoys spending time in the outdoors with his family, bass fishing, and watching Texas A&M football.

Lori Hubert, CPA

Lori is a CPA with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Emporia State University. She has seven years experience in public accounting.

Lori assists clients with their tax and accounting needs. She is thorough and has a friendly and easy going style that our clients enjoy and respond to.

Lori is married to Mike Hubert and they have two children. Lori enjoys cooking and baking, do it yourself house projects, watching football and baseball, and hanging out with her family.

Shaunda Smith

Shaunda has an associates degree in Business Administration from Cowley County Community College. She has a General Studies Bachelors Degree from Fort Hays State University with an emphasis in Business Administration.

Shaunda has extensive experience in customer service and management. She is kind and compassionate; two qualities that she demonstrates to clients and team members daily. She always has a smile on her face and enjoys assisting clients.

Shaunda is married to Shannon Smith and they have two children. She enjoys backyard BBQs with friends and family, and watching/attending OSU sporting events.

Amanda Highland

Amanda has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Colorado State University. She was an English teacher and gifted facilitator for twelve years before pursuing her passion for accounting.

Amanda’s focus is assisting clients with monthly financial statements, QuickBooks, payroll, bank reconciliations and other bookkeeping needs. She recognizes each client’s unique issues and their need for quick responses. Amanda has a pleasant, laid back style clients enjoy.

Amanda is married to Josh Highland and they have one child. Amanda enjoys attending her child’s events, reading, baking, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs and Royals with her family.

Jane Hamilton

Jane retired from the Oxford, KS school district in the Summer of 2018 and joined our team shortly after. Jane has excellent customer service skills and assists our team members with a variety of duties and tasks.

Jane is married to David Hamilton and they have three children and six grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with family, reading, and going out to eat.
